At the end of April 2021, the E2MoC’s member Alan Pitthan Couto, a former undergraduate intern of the ITA Space Center, won, in the first place, the Student Paper Competition of the 13th IAA Symposium on Small Satellites for Earth Observation organized by the International Academy of Astronautics. He presented the work entitled “Investigation of Flower Constellations of Small Satellites for the Brazilian Territory Coverage”, advised by the professors Dr. Liana Dias Gonçalves and Dr. Willer Gomes dos Santos.
